RADIO ELECTRONIC FACILITIES FOR SIGNAL TRANSMISSION, RECEPTION AND PROCESSING
3-6 581
Abstract
In this paper Cramer-Rao lower bound of joint Doppler stretch and delay estimation for wideband signal is derived. We use wideband term to denote cases in which narrowband signal model is inappropriate. Two alternative estimation methods are considered: first method implies estimation of all unknown parameters, both desired and nuisance; second involves the averaging of likelihood function by nuisance parameter with considering its probability density. Estimation variances are equal for specified methods.

Abstract
An algorithm for inverse modified z-transform with delay is considered. The delay parameter is a fraction of the sampling period. The fractional part of the delay is computed as the solution of the equation representing the rational transfer function of continuous part.

Abstract
The functioning of homodyne acousto-optic spectrum analyzer with acoustic wave divergence taken into consideration is observed. It is shown that divergence leads to sufficient irregularity of acoustical pressure and farther to the frequency resolution degradation.
ENGINEERING DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGIES OF RADIO ELECTRONIC FACILITIES

Abstract
The influence of two rectangular contours with their various configurations is considered. The formulas for calculation of mutual induction are received and based on them the dependences of the coefficient of mutual induction of the distance between the contours with various shapes are built. The connection of the coefficients of mutual induction for a variety contours is installed.

Abstract
The various thin film growth mechanisms during thermal vacuum evaporation at atomic level are considered under different condition. Which factors and how influence on the quality of obtained thin films was demonstrated. The thin film’s growth process in intermediately (Stranski-Krastanov) mode was simulated based on Monte Carlo method for determination of active particles’ number, and quasi-Newtonian lattice method for determination of optimal direction of particles’ motion. On this model in any given conditions the fractal growth process was analyzed. The phenomenon (opportunity) of the control and management of the growth process of thin films was considered.
TELEVISION AND IMAGE PROCESSING

Abstract
The methods developed for the description of fragments of video images of the earth's and water surfaces obtained by means of video recording with a moving carrier. Studied multispectral methods that implement multi-processing of video information in the optical spectrum on the basis of a television system remote monitoring aimed at obtaining quantitative information on the location and size of the anomalous areas of surface water and land.
RADAR AND NAVIGATION

Abstract
The maximum likelihood estimating algorithm for complexion measurement of the relative coordinates and distance was created, the most efficient use of heterogeneous data sources is allowed. The accuracy of the algorithm is investigated in two ways: analytically and by numerical simulation. The applicability of the analyses is given, the coordinate filter, implemented the developed assessment, is constructed.

Abstract
Microwave properties of aluminum substituted single-crystal barium lead hexaferrites Ba1-хPbхFe12-yAlyO19 (x ≤ 0.2 and y ≤ 2.7) grown by flux technique have been investigated for the first time. It is shown that ferromagnetic resonance frequencies are in the range 80…100 GHz at magnetic fields of 4.5 kOe. The width of ferromagnetic resonance curve varies from 150 Oe to 550 Oe and depends on the degree of aluminum substitution.

Abstract
Mathematical model and model sample of the bandpass with central frequency of 140 GHz were presented. Comparison of theoretical and experimental data in the range of 75,…260 GHz was made. Advantages and shortcomings of the presented filter in comparison with the existing bandpasses were described.

Abstract
Influence of deposition pressure on the properties of ferroelectric barium strontium titanate thin films obtained by RF magnetron sputtering has been investigated. It has been shown that the deposition pressure affects the component composition of the films as the spatial zone of atomic particle thermalization changes significantly. Influence of deposition pressure on growth rate and, hence, on film thickness has been studied.
