Abstract
It was showed, that the methods, which is used in real time for calculation the coefficients of the difference equation for recursive discrete filters on the base of the readings of impulse characteristic not gives correct the transient process. It was proposed the methods for calculation the coefficients on the base of the readings of transient characteristic, which gives correct dynamical properties of the discrete filters, coincidental with the dynamical properties of the filters unbroken filters as in transient, like that in steady condition.

Abstract
Algorithms to detect of repeated signals based on the theory of optimal rules of observation stopping are developed. Analytical expressions for probabilities of correct detection and false alarm are obtained when the signal is detected in a separate bundle and detected packets of signal among the other packs without the signal. The effectiveness of the proposed procedures for making decisions about the detection of signals in continuous and discrete time is evaluated on a number of examples.

Abstract
The simulation of the operation of a photonic controller at matched filtering mode is performed. The basis for the simulations are the optical Bloch equations. Using the apparatus of the transition matrices of the system state complex envelopes of two - and three-pulse echo are defined. It is shown that in two-pulse excitation mode the echo corresponds to the pulse characteristic of the fil-ter. In the three-pulse mode stimulated echo corresponds to the output signal of the matched filter. Changing the shape of the excitation signals the filter may be adjustment for it accommodating to signals with various form and parameters.

ENGINEERING DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGIES OF RADIO ELECTRONIC FACILITIES

Abstract
Computer modeling and research of various variants of construction of light-diode illuminators for single-matrix LCD-video projector using inconsistent optical components are performed. The use of such components enables to form a light beam with the necessary parameters to align with the subsequent optical system. Computer modeling has allowed presents the analysis and evaluate the performance of the system developed in the design phase, and in some cases, and optimize it.

Abstract
An approach to design tunable bandpass filters on coupled series LC-tanks with variable capacitors is proposed. Such filters are shown able to provide an independent continuous tuning of center frequency and bandwidth. Design, simulated and measured characteristics of a three-pole varactor-tuned bandpass filter are presented.

Abstract
An algorithm for search boundaries of iris it as a point of interest in the tracking direction of view in video stream. It is the first of a planned series of publications that illustrate creation of control system using available view video equipment.

ELECTRODYNAMICS, MICROWAVE ENGINEERING, ANTENNAS

Abstract
The ultra-wideband (UWB) monopole antennas are designed to provide the impedance band-width of the wideband response from 2.5 to 12 GHz. To achieve single-, dual-, or triple-band notched characteristics at desirable frequencies, the electric ring resonator incorporated into the CPW feed line is used in the planar configuration of the UWB antenna. The notched frequency bands are con-trolled by dimensions of the ERR structure. The results of simulations and measurements are in good agreement.

Abstract
The results of modeling of infinite dipole phased antenna array (PAA) over conducting plane with passive planar elements are presented. It shows frequency dependences of the reflection coeffi-cients in feeders and dynamic characteristics of the gain for the finite PAA that are based on infinite model. Perspective in terms of bandwidth expanding variants of geometry are considered.

RADAR AND NAVIGATION

Abstract
The aim is to analyze principles of construction inter-aircraft navigation system with using in the rank-synchronization subsustem both of autonomous ant universal coordinated time. As result of-fered the improved work algorithm of rank-synchronization subsustem, providing interaction of user group under unstable connection with universal time coordinated source.

MICROWAVE ELECTRONICS

Abstract
Theoretical model for the ferrite spin-wave magnonic crystals has been developed. A considered magnonic crystal has a construction of periodically metallized thin ferrite film. An influence of various magnonic crystal parameters on its transmission-loss characteristic was analyzed. It is shown that a developed model described with high accuracy the microwave transmission-loss characteristics.

Abstract
A new design of electrically tunable multilayer structure (deflector) millimeter wavelength range based on the periodic structure of the ferroelectric/linear dielectric is proposed. Numerical simulation results show the parameters of the deflector increase efficiency of the deflection angle of the main beam of the radiation pattern due to the dispersive properties of the structure in comparison with existing analogues.
