Abstract
The target tracking system design for the passive coherent locator creating at Saint Petersburg electrotechnical university "LETI" are discussed. The variant of two-stage scheme is proposed as an original solution. In this scheme data association for confirmed and maintained tracks is fulfilled in bistatic coordinates and filtering on the track initiation and maintenance stages is made by nonlinear unscented Kalman filter initialized by two bistatic measurements.

Abstract
It is proposed algorithm for construction of the phase shifter for complex signal, which gives any but constant the phase shift for square component in given range of the frequency. For rotation of the complex signal phase we must oll him spectral components to shift on phase in assigned angle. It is showed, that the phase shifter of complex signal is be the complex filter, whose impulsive characteristic haves the real and not real components. By the integral of imposition for concrete examples was been calculated the square components of complex output signal of the phase shifter.

Kotelynikov’s theorem application details are discussed for the case of signals with finite spectrum, when spectrum density at the high-frequency cutoff is nonzero. Phenomena of harmonic signal sampling when sampling frequency is twice more than the upper frequency in signal spectrum is analyzed.

Abstract
The modeling of processes of formation of thin films in magnetron sputtering systems in the substrate potential field at different ratios of relations between the sprayed material and the substrate for various types of structures of the substrate is considered. Growth models of thin films point emitters integration method with the use of Monte-Carlo algorithms with accounting of the annealing are used. The comparison of results of computer simulation and experiment is executed; the inverse problem to optimization process using the quality function that takes into account the uniformity of the synthesized thin films, the flow of materials and the geometry of the spray is solved.

Abstract
The impedance load structure, based on slots in the parallel plate waveguide wall is considered in order to determine the equivalent surface impedance. The solution obtained by reduction the problem to an integral equation calculated by the Krylov-Bogolyubov method. Numerical results are obtained as an equivalent surface impedance dependency on sizes of the slots and conductive bridges between them.

Abstract
A phase noise of microwave oscillators having an active ring circuitry with a spin-wave delay line is theoretically and experimentally investigated. The delay line was made with yttrium iron garnet (YIG) film epitaxially grown on gadolinium gallium garnet substrate. Obtained results demonstrate a management of the oscillator phase noise with a variation of the distance between antennas used for excitation and reception of spin waves in the YIG film.

Abstract
Algorithms for signals joint detection and direction at frequency area in a wide frequency band with no overlap of spectra of adjacent channels obtained through switched circular antenna array are developed and researched. The energy and the computational advantage of the algorithm with the primary detection on amplitude spectrum and the secondary direction finding at samples containing signal components, before the algorithm with the primary direction finding in all frequency samples with subsequent detection of the frequency samples that contain signal components is showed.

Abstract
First results of the development of a tunable antenna for cellular phones operating in the standard LTE are presented. The antenna consists of high- and low-frequency branches, the latter one is tuned by digital-controlled capacitor. Computer simulation of the antenna was conducted by using the RFS. Simulation results show that low-frequency antenna branch can be tuned without detuning high-frequency one. Radiation efficiency of the antenna in high-frequency band yields 60 % or more, while in low-frequency range efficiency drops to 20…30 %. The work on improving these results is now continuing.

Abstract
The paper describes the algorithm of fast calculation of the amplitude-range-Doppler surface. The features of the software implementation of the algorithm are drawn. The nuances of parallel computing of the surface on graphics processing units of the gaming graphics card are shown. The result, the sixteen surfaces parallel computing time for multi-channel radar, is presented.

Abstract
The tightly coupled integration with serial measurement processing of the pseudo ranges and carrier Doppler measurements is investigated. The spatial information of inertial navigation systems is used for determination satellite attitude relative to directional diagram and for signal search stoppage at the time of the flight maneuver.

Abstract
The physical and mathematical models of radar with feedback through space and target, operating on the principle of self-oscillating system are discussed. The linear mode of fluctuations establishing is analyzed. Working detection statistics are found and detection statistics for usual radar and radar with feedback are built. Obtained characteristics compare with the corresponding characteristics of usual coherent radar. Energy stealth of the radar in standby mode and in the mode of occurrence of self-oscillations is estimated.
