RADIO ELECTRONIC FACILITIES FOR SIGNAL TRANSMISSION, RECEPTION AND PROCESSING

3-6 397
Abstract
The analytical expressions for calculation of probabilities of correct detection and false alarms are dual inertial detector of pulsed optical radiation in the photon counting mode, containing the receiving optical system of two lens antennas and single-photon photoemission device.
6-12 3077
Abstract
Models of nonlinear compensators for decreasing total harmonic distortions of loud-speakers are considered. Digital linearization is suggested as a diagram with internal feedback based on the inverse parallel Hammerstein model.
12-22 512
Abstract
New results on the recently introduced signal processing methods based on matching pursuit and modified nonlinear chirplet approximation are presented. The optimal estimation algorithm for time of arrival of MSK radio signals of packet radio in area distributed receiving points of range difference position location system is developed. The comparison of developed algorithm with known is performed.

ELECTRODYNAMICS, MICROWAVE ENGINEERING, ANTENNAS

23-29 480
Abstract
The estimations of the bound of the quality factor for electrically small antennas inscribed in a cylinder and the triaxial ellipsoid are obtained. For antennas whose shape is far from spherical, the above estimation allows to refine the Chu-McLean limit.

RADAR AND NAVIGATION

30-35 430
Abstract
The technique of cancelation ambiguity coordinates measurement in the multi-target environment for ultra-wideband radar is proposed. The method for reducing the computational complexity of the algorithm identifying targets in the multi-target environment is proposed.
35-41 553
Abstract
The method of radar plot identification from the passive spatial diversity radio electronic stations is described. As mathematical model it’s used Student's t-test to check statistical hypotheses about averages. It was conducted simulation of the algorithm that showed his efficiency, and also considered an example of its realization.
41-47 456
Abstract
The schemes of integration containing the inertial system of navigation and radiotechnical (satellite and rangefinder or radiolocation) system with on-board transceivers antennas are considered. It is proposed to take into account information of the inertial system of navigation for the choice of working antenna of the radiotechnical system and taking into account its offset from the center of mass of the aircraft.

Abstract
Low and high repetition rate work modes for ultra-wideband radar are considered. The ultra-short pulse packs usage for ultra-wideband radar systems is proposed. The advantages, disadvantages and probable fields of usage of such method are shown.

MICRO- AND NANOELECTRONICS

52-56 466
Abstract
The design of miniature quadrature bridge devices based on replacement of a segment of microstrip transmission line on a low-pass filter, which has the same phase shift that model segment is described. The simulation of the proposed designs are held and their frequency characteristics are obtained. Prototypes and the results of measurement of their characteristics, confirming the efficiency of the device are presented.

QUANTUM, SOLID-STATE, PLASMA AND VACUUM ELECTRONICS

57-60 487
Abstract
The technique for the study of amorphous hydrogenated silicon films with nanocrystalline inclusions non-uniformly distributed through the thickness (pm-Si:H) deposited on glass substrates is devised. Photocurrent spectra for the films of various thicknesses are studied when illuminated from the free film surface and from of the glass substrate. The presence of residual photoconductivity and two peaks in photoconductivity spectra of the films are determinated that, apparently, indicates the presence of crystalline and amorphous phases in the films.

MICROWAVE ELECTRONICS

61-64 607
Abstract
Structural and radio frequency (RF) dielectric properties of thin films of ferroelectric solid solutions BaZrxTi1-xO3 and BaSnxTi1-xO3 obtained by RF magnetron sputtering of ceramic targets on Pt/ r-cut of Al2O3 sapphire substrate are investigated. A high tunability of thin layers and low values of dielectric loss acceptable for microwave application have been revealed.
65-68 580
Abstract
The model of the crystal epitaxial growth of multicomponent films on single crystal substrates with domain corresponds are presented to an example of a solid solution of barium strontium titanate on sapphire substrates (r-cut). Domain matched epitaxial growth involves the matching of the film and substrate lattice planes having a similar structure, by matching domains. Varying the component composition of the solid solution allows to change the domain size in the range sufficient to reduce the mismatch of the lattice of barium strontium titanate and sapphire. Thus, it is possible to design an epitaxial film growth of various solid solutions on single-crystal substrates.

METROLOGY, INFORMATION AND MEASURING DEVICES AND SYSTEMS

69-72 605
Abstract
Performed a series of the X-parameters measurements of high-power S-band power amplifier. This method is the foundation to provide similar measurements and as result to obtain the behavioral model of power amplifier to further simulations in ADS. This method describes all the calibration and measurement steps to obtain X-parameters.
