Abstract
The problem of diagnosis of functional nodes that are part of radio systems with a static nonlinearity and allowing for the decomposition into components with scalar inputs and outputs. It is shown that in this case it is possible to construct means of functional diagnosis in the form of a Bank of observers, allowing to solve the task not only of detection but also the localization of errors to the maximum possible depth. Offered an appropriate synthesis algorithm means of diagnosis, which is illustrated by an example.

Abstract
The effect of channel estimation error on bit error probability of uncoded and coded sparse code multiple access (SCMA) system in uplink channel with block fading is considered. SCMA is a variety of non-orthogonal multiple access based on code division. The variance of channel estimation error is investigated for channel estimation based on non-orthogonal pilot signals. The results obtained by computer simulation show that required accuracy of the channel estimation depends on the code block length. These results are compared with Cramer-Rao bound.

Abstract
The complex transmission coefficient of the active ring resonators based on the spin-wave delay lines was investigated both theoretically and experimentally. Influence of the parameters of the delay line on the transmission coefficients was studied and analyzed. It was shown that the resonant frequencies that define the passbands of the ring resonator depend on the ferrite film thickness and the distance between spin-wave antennae. These dependences give possibility to reconfigure the transmission coefficient that in combination with magnetic tuning provide flexibility for microwave applications.

Abstract
The optimum relation of to the pixel size providing a maximum of accuracy of an estimates of coordinates of the image centers of small-sized objects for a wide range of entry conditions: of a signal, background and reading noise levels is defined. The analysis of influence of initial shift of small-sized object on the accuracy of definition of position of his center is carried out. It is shown that if the relation of lens dissipation disk to the pixel size less than 0.8 that the error of definition of the small-sized object center considerably depends on initial shift.

Abstract
Primary and secondary information model of the object, information about which is transmitted to the user and conversioned by them are reviewed. Formal description of information models is presented. For a simple mutually-orthogonal conversion the correct detection probability of image of the object represented by the secondary information model are defined.

Abstract
Quality factor formulas for planar dipole in two-layer infinite phased antenna array in case of lumped or spatial excitation are presented. The mathematical model is based on the integration near fields of elements within the Floquet cell. Results of the calculation of quality factor for different PAA geometry are presented.

Abstract
The influence of the mutual coupling effect between the antenna array radiators on the characteristics of the radiation pattern was investigated. It was demonstrated that the mutual coupling between the array elements causes a redistribution of the radiator currents, which results in degradation of the nulling performance, which is extremely sensitive to the excitation perturbations. The technique for reducing the negative effect of mutual coupling was proposed. This method is based on introducing the initial excitation current predistortions calculated using the matrix of mutual impedances.

Abstract
Accuracy assessment of sea surface mathematical modeling are discussed. The linear model with Pierson-Moskowitz and Elfouhaily spectrum as well as nonlinear CWM model, which provides computational process stability and low computational complexity, are considered. Both wave ordinate dispersion and wave dispersion slope angle were used as criteria of model fidelity. It is shown that for short surfaces with dimensions close to radar resolution capabilities, the best accuracy provides by nonlinear CWM model.

Abstract
The microwave properties of the ferrite-ferroelectric magnonic crystals with a slot transmission line were investigated. Dispersion and transmission characteristics of the spin-electromagnetic waves propagating in such structures were obtained. The influence of various parameters of the microwave waveguide structure on the transmission coefficient of the ferrite-ferroelectric magnonic crystal was investigated. In particular, the electric tuning of the transmission coefficient was demonstrated in the range of 2.8 MHz for electric voltage of 200 V. The range of the magnetic tuning was 89 MHz for the external magnetic field variation from 1325 Oe to 1350 Oe.

Abstract
Solar energy is one of the most promising sectors of renewable energy. In Russia the mass development of solar energy in connection with the organization launched in February 2015 at "Hevel" production of thin film solar modules based on amorphous silicon, which is intended to create a full-fledged high-tech industry of solar energy as an alternative to traditional energy sources. For support and development of this production open JSC "Scientific and technical center of thin film technology" begin operation at the Ioffe Institute of RAS in 2012, whose main task - improvement of the basic parameters of Solar modules based on amorphous silicon in the interests of "Hevel".
