RADIO ELECTRONIC FACILITIES FOR SIGNAL TRANSMISSION, RECEPTION AND PROCESSING

Abstract
The methods of the high speed data processing and transmission systems, operating with large number of analog and digital sensors are investigated. Real time clock (RTC) device uses as system time generator for nonstop synchronous work. RTC is calibrated using the GPS signal for reference to the world time scale. In order to reduce the power consumption, the activation of the sensors occurs only at the survey and controlled by RTC.

Abstract
The architecture of digital High Frequency (HF) data modem is considered. Link level simulation of HF wireless communication system with bandwidth of 3 kHz was carried out for the multipath ionospheric channel model. The main link level performance metrics such as BER, PER and system throughput are provided and analyzed. It is shown that in frequency-selective two ray channel, the linear MMSE equalization at the receiver provides efficient ISI elimination for all modulation and coding schemes except high-order modulations that are required development of non-linear quasi-optimal signal processing algorithms.

Abstract
The method of non-linear amplitude suppression of radar clutter from a sea surface in the coherent band path of the receiver is considered. The model of the most adequate nongaussian radar clutter from the rough sea surface which envelope is based on K-distribution of density of probability is used. The mathematical model of clutter is considered. For various values of parameters of model of clutter amplitude characteristics of a non-linear element and dependence of coefficient of suppression on the relation a clutter/noise are under construction.

Abstract
Models of correlation functions of random processes are considered. Numerical methods show that efficiency of the optimum linear interpolation and forecasting is defined by higher derivative of random processes. The results of numerical calculations of the interpolation and forecasting efficiency of random processes differentiated finitely many with some correlation function at Wiener filtration are given.

Abstract
Adaptive algorithms for processing signals of antenna arrays in real-time with linear constraints are considered for hydroacoustic tasks. The analysis results of these algorithms are provided and their characteristics are given. Recommendations for using the algorithms in various conditions are given.

Abstract
The technique of calculation of the microwave oscillator in the S-parameters space without external feedback and with parallel or serial external feedback of the active component (AC) is considered. The technique basis on the conditions of oscillator self-excitation, written in the complex form, and allows to calculate the complex AC loads reflection factors and the parameters of the external feedback providing the desired oscillation frequency and the maximum output power and approximately estimate the value of this power. Analysis of the АС stability and the self-excitation conditions ensures selection of the correct electrical circuit of the oscillator and the calculated AC loads complex reflection factors and the external feedback parameters ensures a synthesis of the considered oscillator topology.

Abstract
The Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 (BST) thin films were deposited via radio frequency cathode sputtering on sapphire (α-Al2O3) and gadolinium gallium garnet (GGG) substrates. The effect of substrate material on the leakage current and mechanism of conductivity in BST stacks has been studied by tempera-ture dependent (300…400 K) current-voltage characteristics. Lower leakage currents of BST/α-Al2O3 thin films were achieved compared with that of BST/GGG thin films, especially in the high field re-gion. The conduction mechanism of the deposited films is found to be of Schottky emission type for a wide range of applied fields on both substrates. Schottky barrier height, effective Richardson con-stant, effective mass of conduction electrons in dielectric, and dynamic dielectric constant within the bounds of thermionic emission theory were found.

Abstract
The method of partial directional diagrams (PDD) synthesized vertical omnidirectional in azimuth plane antenna arrays (AR) with cosequences PDD form in the vertical plane. The AR optimum height on the criterion of maximum gain is determinated. It is shown that the optimum height of AR de-pends significantly on the losses in the microwave cables and in the signal divider.
