Abstract
The problem of the performance analysis of non-Gaussian amplitude suppression with distribution of envelope is considered. The asymptotic values of the characteristics are investigated. The efficiency of simplified processing of envelope of accepted oscillations is determined. The analysis of amplitude suppression of sinusoidal hindrance with harmonic vibration with free angle modulation is conducted. The influence of hindrance with radio- and video-frequency spectrum is considered separately. The situation when the spectrum of signal and the spectrum of hindrance are commensurable numbers is analyzed. The asymptotic analysis of characteristics of amplitude suppression efficiency which corresponds to the infinitely large value of the parameter of the non-Gaussian hindrance distribution is presented. The efficiency of applying of simplified processing of envelope of accepted oscillation is analyzed.

The proposed method of calculating the saturated class-F amplifier. The determined values of the cut-off angles at which can be realized this amplifier. It is shown that a saturated class-F amplifier can be realized in high cut-off angle range than an unsaturated class-F amplifier.

Abstract
Experimental results of research of switching characteristics of high-voltage carbide-silicon switchboards on the basis of drift diodes with sharp restoration (DDSR) and the generator of nanosecond voltage impulses developed on their basis with a megawatt pulse power are presented. Possibility of a consecutive compression of energy is for the first time shown by the DDSR cascades which are switched on parallel to silicon and carbide-silicon.

Abstract
Results of an experimental study of switching of silicon drift diodes with sharp restoration (DDSR) in structure of the generator of voltage nanosecond impulses are presented. The working of DDSR in the voltage impulses generator is modeled for a choice of optimum operating modes of the drift diode. Results of numerical calculation showed good coincidence to experiment. Dependences of charge losses from rating current, diode rating duration by electron-hole plasma, and also from charge time of life no equilibrium carriers are presented.

Abstract
The theoretical justification and original method of antenna phase center (radiation center) coordinates calculation practical application are presented by the example of four-helix array. The method is based on wave phase front curvature center coordinates finding as function of antenna rotation angle, and on found curvature centers coordinates transformation to single coordinate system, which is related to antenna rotation axis.

Abstract
The problem of high-speed digital data transfer from a phased array antenna receiving module to the digital signal processing module with using domestically produced circuitry is concerned. The method of information transfer over nonlinear unsteady optic channel with using M-ary amplitude-shift keying is proposed. The channel characteristics depend on temperature. The algorithms frame and symbol synchronization are concerned. Mathematical modeling results are presented.

Abstract
Nonlinear dynamic modeling of results of synchronous measurements of carbon dioxide concentration with air pressure at person breath and exhalation by the Non Linear Auto-Regressive Moving Average with Exogenous Inputs method (NARMAX) is presented. Modeling connects of pressure change characteristics in the person breath course with the carbon dioxide concentration in the inhaled/exhaled air at synchronous measurement. Comparison of chaotic invariants of measurements results - correlation dimension and entropy - of carbon dioxide concentration with air pressure at person breath exhalation with the presented model.
