Abstract
The method of non-linear amplitude suppression of radar clutter from a sea surface in a noncoherent band path of the receiver is considered. The model of the most adequate nongaussian a radar clutter from the rough sea surface which envelope is based on K-distribution of density of probability is used. In model of noises it is considered internal gaussian receiver noise. For various values of parameters of model of clutter amplitude characteristics of a non-linear element and dependence of coefficient of suppression on the relation a clutter/noise are under construction.

Abstract
The possibilities of using delta-modulation as analog-to-digital converter in the first stage in the new cascade coding structure for digital data processing systems are developed. Selecting the delta-modulation is motivated account of its simplicity, comparable to other types of analog-to-digital conversion, noise immunity, and most importantly, with a low probability of symbols bursts appearance. The latter property, as well as the using interleaver in the following stages of multi-coding can significantly improve the characteristics of digital data processing systems. The distribution of the symbols bursts for the various input signals and delta- modulation algorithms are obtained.

Abstract
The article considers the problems of the design of direct digital synthesizers, based on the method of the direct digital frequency and signal synthesis, the calculation of phase changes in DDS. Block and functional electrical diagrams of a direct digital synthesizer are presented. Basic formulas for the calculation of spurious spectral components levels in DDS, while forming complex signals, are given. Structures of DDS with the switching of phase samples and DDS with quadrature outputs are presented.

Abstract
The built-in system of parameter measurement for wideband (up to 512 MHz) receiving and recording channel of radio interferometer is considered. The estimation of measurement accuracy and the precision alignment of group delays in the receiving channel are investigated. In addition, this system provides the control of receiving channel frequency response and phase response functions.

Abstract
The method of modeling of stationary stochastic process with given two-dimensional distribution is considered. The using of modeling of quasi-deterministic harmonic oscillation with given parameters underlies. By the instrumentality of modification the connection of characteristic function with given two-dimensional distribution is determined.

Abstract
The sensitivity of some methods for estimating the mutual dynamic stability of stochastic processes with given correlative properties was studied in relation to the phase detuning between the processes. Two classes of normally distributed random stochastic processes are considered: the processes with short-term correlation and the processes with a long-term correlation, characterized by the specified Hurst coefficients.

Abstract
The models of care of synchronization scales based on quartz frequency standards are considered. Based on the models of long-term care scales algorithms to estimate parameters of these processes and their prediction are created. Solutions for some particular types of instabilities are given.

Performed a generalized formalization related signs of functioning ergo technical information radio electronic systems (RES), which allows to solve the problem of unified description of the functioning of the RES, with invariance to their substantive appointment. The possibility of implementation of the RES functions selection, allocation and reallocation of resources depend on its inherent mechanisms of control. On the basis of a unified approach to the representation of the RECs, as well as given their handling, refined structural and logical description of ergo technical RES.

Abstract
An implementation scheme for active RC all pass filter of the second order with independent frequency and Q-factor tuning is considered. The frequency of the all pass filter is rebuilt nine times with a single potentiometer with a constant phase-frequency characteristics slope and unitary value of the transmission coefficient in the operating frequency range.

Abstract
A modification of Unitary ESPRIT method of evaluation of an angular spectrum for planar phased antenna arrays (PAA) with regular structure of receiving elements arrangement is described. The structure regularity is necessary to split the PAA into identical sub-arrays displaced in space. Super-resolution of two emitters is confirmed experimentally in an anechoic chamber using a hexagonal planar PAA.

Abstract
The problem of infinite array of slot impedance loads excitation by plane wave is considered in order to determine the equivalent surface impedance. Each array element is an aperture in the wall of parallel-plate waveguide. A plane conductor is placed in the aperture. Fields representation as expansion in Floquet harmonics was used, the solution is reduced to integral equation calculated by the Krylov-Bogolyubov method. Numerical results are obtained as an equivalent surface impedance dependency on the aperture size, strip conductor size in the aperture and on the plane wave incidence angle. A comparative analysis of obtained dependencies with single impedance load characteristics is carried out.
