Abstract
The method of the inverse filter to suppress side lobe signals based on the Barker codes with few different weights. The regular methodology of finding the weight coefficients is presented. The coefficients of weight filter the first, second and third orders are calculated for odd Barker codes. The losses in signal-to-noise ratio are calculated.

Abstract
The multifrequency signal processing algorithm that is invariant to the values of Doppler phase components of multifrequency signals have been synthesized. The analysis of the detection characteristics of the respective system conducted that allows to determine the theoretical limit of improvement of real systems of this class, and the direction of the search for new systems.

Abstract
It's showed that limitation of the stripe passing in the time of the reception the frequency-modulation signal leads to bad changes of amplitude and frequency in the exiting signal, value of which is depended from meaning of the angle modulation.

Abstract
Coding light filters (CLF) structure using in CCD- and CMOS- photo detectors color image obtaining, most defines the image quality. In article requirements to CLF for increase of sensitivity and resolution of a TV camera are formulated. The template of the synthesized SCL is presented. Com-puter modeling of five various CLF and their comparative analysis in objective and subjective parameters is carried out.

Abstract
Automated method of fluorescence images analysis obtained by excitation radiation with a wavelength of 360 and 390 nm is proposed. The method allows to detect the status of tissues of cervix: normal, chronic nonspecific inflammation (CNI) and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), and build differential map pathology. For the border CIN/CNI achieved a sensitivity of 87 % and specificity 71 %. The method includes a specific preprocessing of the original images: combining images taken in different lighting conditions and highlight the area of interest. Features of the method are the use of a combination of features calculated for images of different types, and decision rule for classification based data mining techniques.

Abstract
Discusses the implementation of virtual instrument with what adaptive antenna array can be explored. Mathematical model, used in virtual instrument, take into account the mutual influence of array elements. Adaptive process is based on LMS-algorithm for each element of the array complex weight coefficients are calculated, which provide the formation of the main lobe of the radiation pat-tern (RP) in direction to the source of the desired signal and the formation of minimum in the RP to sources of uncorrelated noise.

Abstract
Possibility of identification of the hidden metal objects on a human's body based on changing of the reflected wave polarization sharp edges and vertexes of the object is considered. The matrix equation for the main and cross-polarizations amplitudes is formulated. Results of measurements are given in special installation. It is shown that amplitude of cross-polarization of the reflected signal can serve for indication of the hidden metal objects.

Abstract
Low efficiency of using of commercially available marine navigation radars to detect the oil slicks on the sea surface is showed. A new approach to the problem of oil films detection on the sea sur-face by radar at low grazing angles of irradiation is discussed. It's proposed to develop specialized radar, a list of tasks necessary for the creation such radar is formulated.

Abstract
A simple mathematical model of the aircraft flying to create test trajectories is used for modeling the various navigation systems is developed. The analysis of the known methods for trajectories producing is provided. A new method based on the motion modeling with the set parameters after equidistant above the surface of Earth ellipsoid is offered.
