Abstract
Formats of binary phase modulation and frequency modulation with continuous phase according to the criteria of resistance to jamming and intersystem interference In view of the severe resource constraints is com.pered. It is shown that the minimum frequency modulation provides better filtering these types of interference.

Abstract
The arterial baroreflex mechanism as an automatic regulation system with two feedback loops is investigated. The approach for the evaluation of the vascular com.ponent of the baroreflex mechanism has shown. It is also shown that baroreflex sensitivity for single and double loop feedback models has low correlation between each other.

Abstract
Impact of impulsive noise on performance of uncoded and coded OFDM system is considered with account for the fact that the length of modulation symbol can be com.parable with average length of noise pulses. Temporal dynamics of noise is described by a Markov model. Theoretical calculations and simulation results lead to the following conclusions: efficient averaging of noise level takes place if average duration of noise pulses does not exceed 1% of OFDM symbol length; during the noise burst power losses due to impulsive nature of noise can reach 2…2,5 dB. Multi-frequency com.munication system, impulse noise, data transmission over the power line.

Abstract
The aim is to analyze transients in inter-aircraft navigation system with hierarchical timing that com.prises the sequential rank override that determines access sequence to a single com.munication channel. On the analysis of specific cases of changing the stru.cture of user connections (reconfigurations) refined rank calculation function and local synchronizing user select function at each step of work. As result the transients gain finiteness that provides the mobile units collaboration stability under the reconfiguration.
ENGINEERING DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGIES OF RADIO ELECTRONIC FACILITIES

Abstract
The necessity and the possibility of introducing of systems engineering principles in the educational process of masters training on knowledge field of "Design and technology of electronic equipment " is discussed. Taking into account some of the concept of life cycle of the product and the model of its com.petitiveness, a set of the com.petence, which should have a systems engineer for specific object designing in com.bination with management practices, is offered. The approximate the working program of "Systems engineering" discipline is proposed.

Abstract
Lumped-element bandpass filters using LC-tanks and immittance inverters are considered. Tuning of the central frequency is provided by using variable capacitors of LC-tanks and immittance inverters. Tunability of constant-bandwidth bandpass filters is analyzed. Conditions to keep absolute and fractional bandwidth constant are presented. Tunability limitations due to to practical implementation of the immittance inverters and using of real controlling com.ponents (variable capacitors) are discussed. Design of a 3-pole tunable bandpass filter with constant absolute bandwidth is presented.

Abstract
The possibility of operating of the algorithm of Kutter-Jordan-Bossen in video sequences in real time is considered. The influence of different types of noise on the algorithm stability is evaluated. It is shown that the resistance to noise interferences can be improved by increasing the number of embedding one bit, however, this increases the probability of detection of hidden information is not an authorized user.

Abstract
Variants of design of a multispectral TV camera of visible and near infrared (RGB&NIR) of ranges are considered. The test bench of single image sensor RGB&NIR-camera is developed. The review of the most perspective applications of com.pact RGB&NIR-camera is carried out.

Abstract
The analysis of the characteristics and stability of negative impedance converter for com.pensation impedance capacitive com.ponent of electrically small whip antenna to increase its gain. The obtained theoretical results are confirmed by experimental research.

Abstract
The original design approach for 0-dB directional coupler with forward and backward coupling in two different frequency bands is proposed. The device is realized by loading the coupled line based directional coupler by split ring and mushroom resonators. Under discussion is the reconfigurable directional coupler with control of the type of directivity from forward to backward one and vice versa, provided by changing the capacitance of the varactor, inserted into the gaps of split ring resonators.

Abstract
Results of designing of broadband equidistant phased antenna array (PAA) of UHF range, built on the basis of dipole emitters are shown. Frequency dependences of the reflection coefficients in the path of the power elements in the infinite PAA, as well as the frequency and dynamic dependencies of the gain for the broadband PAA, consisting of a finite number of elements are presented.

Abstract
The principles of constru.ction and implementation of semi-active radar systems, using the illumination from third-party sources are presented. The results of theoretical and experimental researches of the Saint-Petersburg state electrotechnical university "LETI" n. a. V. I. Ulyanov (Lenin) and JSC «SRI "Vector"» in this direction are given. The advantages of semi-active radar systems, the possibility of coherent processing with a large accumulation time in com.bination with the digital formation of the directional diagrams of the receiving antenna arrays, as well as prospects of application systems semi-active radar for the protection of important sites and monitoring areas, including the detection and orbital support of ground, surface and aerial objects. The stru.cture of the developed passive coherent radar com.plex is described; its basic technical characteristics are given.
