Abstract
Neural network that allows to make a decision about the presence or absence of monomolecular films of medium or heavy oil on the sea surface in the radar with horizontal polarization, integrated into a single system with passive reflectors located either on the perimeter of the port basin, or on special buoys at sea is proposed.

Abstract
A leaky-wave antenna based on the partially-filled rectangular waveguide with transverse slots is investigated. Using tensor Green’s functions for antenna radiation analysis is suggested. A transcendental equation for a complex wavenumber obtained by matching magnetic fields inside and outside the waveguide is presented. Plots of velocity factor dependencies on waveguide filling parameters are shown. An influence of dielectric layer position on the antenna performances is investigated. Radiation pattern is estimated.

Abstract
The structure of synchronization restoration signal (SRS) in discrete communication canals is considered. SRS is constructed on base of package with three frequency harmonics, allowing to change over a wide range an interval of ambiguous counting. Researches of a noise stability of such parcel and the recommendation about application of a parcel are given in channels of transfer of discrete messages.

Abstract
A multiband self-oscillation mode in radar with a positive space and target feedback (PFB) is suggested and analyzed. It does not degrade characteristics of emission security in case of parallel space range surveillance. The suggested design of radar with PFB is compared with the known one on the basis of code division of the receive chains. The advantages of radar with PFB are shown.

Abstract
The glideslope axes radiation propagation paths distortion for the ground controlled approach systems is considered. The radiation propagation tracing analytical expressions are derived. Radiation propagation paths and probability distribution densities of their angular deviations from the rated glideslope angles for different distances are calculated on the radiosonde measurements data. The confidence intervals of the propagation paths angular deviations with respect to the glideslope line for specific confidence probabilities are evaluated.

Abstract
The method of solving the equations of motion of the magnetization vector in a pulsed magnetic field with arbitrary modulation based on stepwise approximation of the complex envelope. Using this method simulated excitation of spin echo signals from pulses of the amplitude-frequency and amplitude modulation.

Abstract
The brief description of a hardware-software complex (HSC) on the base of module NI PCI-5640R of firm National Instruments is resulted. The developed complex allows to carry out half-nature researches of radio-electronic systems (RES) managements of space vehicles (SV) in conditions of influence of intentional interferences. Using of a complex in educational process promotes overcoming the break between students’ knowledge of a theoretical material and their skill independently to receive results of the analysis of functioning of real systems.

Abstract
We propose an algorithm for estimating the unknown grid frequency radiation source with operating frequency hopping as a result of long-term observation of measurement of operating frequencies. The algorithm based on the methods of regression and discrete spectral analysis. The algorithm can be used for radio monitoring using multi-frequency panoramic bearing system.

Abstract
The new algorithm for fast estimation of short signals realization is presented. The proposed algorithm involve processing of linear frequency modulation signals by evaluation-correlator scheme, quadrature decomposition, and digital processing of relation between phase and time. The comparisons with estimation of frequency in spectral domain depend on signal to noise ratio and on delay have been performed.

Abstract
The estimate of measurement accuracy of signal parameters transmitting the information of the of extended objects movement against the correlated additive hindrance having in generally not Gaussian nature of distribution at continuous processing of a signal is considered. Expressions for estimation of measurement accuracy of signal information parameters in the specified conditions are received. It is shown that the accounting of correlation properties and not Gaussian character of an additive hindrance allows to considerably increases the accuracy of measurement of information parameters. It is shown that in comparison with discrete processing, continuous processing, allows to receive more exact estimates of the measured parameters with other things being equal.
