Отработаны технологические режимы модификации слоев для использования в производстве тонкопленочных солнечных модулей. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Paper presents experimental results of research of influence of laser annealing on the optical and electrical properties ZnO films.
